IIS - FP2002 transfer files

Any specific procedure to transfer FP2002 files from and old computer to be
used on another computer running FP2003?

Directory permissions IIS I'm currently having problems with both FP2002 and FP2003 using FP extensions on a unix server. It appears that any time a new directory is this a known, unresolved bug? (They may not support sites that use SharePoint Services which can also be built with FP2003.)
