IIS - FP2002 transfer files

Any specific procedure to transfer FP2002 files from and old computer to be
used on another computer running FP2003?

Directory permissions IIS I'm currently having problems with both FP2002 and FP2003 using FP extensions on a unix server. It appears that any time a new directory is this a known, unresolved bug? loaded the new system with FP 2003. I am able to open the website from FP2003 - but a hovering circle with a slash though it indicates that I am unable to which I no longer have a copy.
