I recently migrated from one server to another. In the process I had to
adjust the permissions of my users. I made a subsite have unique
permissions, and now it will not let any of my users (including myself) to
edit or even open it in Frontpage!

Can you help?

Have the host delete the service.

Have the host delete the service.lck file and run a FP SE server health check

When I select a file from a subsite and publish it to the subsite on the web, the file is published to the root web, not the subsite. I can use copy and paste successfully, but if I want to publish a multitude of files from the subsite, this is burdensome.
