IIS - Changing the default 'from' address in Frontpage form results

I cannot find a way of changing the default 'from' address used by Frontpage
when form results are emailed. The current default is in the form
serverusername@webhosting.hostname.net - what I want is more like
webmaster@mydomain.com
I have found the following article which suggests that this should be
possible, but I cannot see how Frontpage Extensions can be configured on my
server to do what Iwant. Can anybody help?

To configure mail settings
In the IIS snap-in console tree, right-click the Web site for which you want
to set e-mail options.
Click Properties on the shortcut menu, and then click the Server Extensions
tab.
In the Options box, click Settings.
Enter the settings you want.
The available settings are:
Web Server's mail address
Type the e-mail address that you want to appear in the From line of any
e-mail messages sent by FrontPage components. (For example, the form results
component sends e-mail when someone fills out a form on a Web page. This
component sends the information on the form to the author.) This setting is
equivalent to the MailSender setting in Microsoft?? FrontPage?? 98, but is now
stored in the registry instead of the Frontpg.ini file.

Do you have access to the hosted online site IIS snap-in console
- if not your host needs to do it for you (if they will)
